Sid Banerjee

Sid Banerjee joined the board in 2016. He serves on the External Affairs Committee and Finance Committee.

Sid is a serial entrepreneur with a history founding and building software companies in the customer experience, business intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence-powered text analytics sectors. As founder and executive chairman of Clarabridge, Sid drives the strategy and growth for an international software company that provides customer sentiment and text analysis solutions to leading banks, retailers, technology, and telecommunications companies across the world.

Prior to Clarabridge, Sid co-founded Claraview, a high growth business intelligence strategy and technology consultancy firm. He was also a founding employee at MicroStrategy, where he held vice president-level positions in both product marketing and worldwide services.

Sid has a BS and an MS in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

He and his wife Kate Koffman have two sons at GDS.
