Ben Soto

Ben Soto joined the board in 2016. He serves on the Diversity Committee and Facilities Master Planning Committee.

Ben is an attorney who practices real estate transactions. He is the owner of Premium Title & Escrow, LLC, which is a full service title company that conducts commercial and residential real estate settlements in DC, MD and VA. In addition, he is the owner of Paramount Development, LLC, a commercial development company focused on the acquisition and ground­-up development of commercial buildings and hotels in Washington, DC.

Ben is on the Board of Director’s of EagleBank, a community bank with 18 branches in the Washington, DC region, the DC Chamber of Commerce, the DC Land Title Association, the DC Public Education Fund, and the National Foundation for Affordable Housing Solutions.

Ben is also a former board member of the DC Sports & Entertainment Commission, when it developed the National’s Baseball Stadium, a former vice chair of the Board of Real Property Assessment and Appeals, and a former board member of the National Bar Association. Ben is a member of the DC Bar and Pennsylvania Bar.

He is married to Lori A. Soto; they have two children, one of whom attends GDS.
