Anu Tate

Anu Tate joined the board in 2014. She is chair of the Governance Committee and serves on the Diversity Committee, External Affairs Committee, Nominating Committee, and the Head’s Review Committee.

Anu is the director of oral health advocacy and research at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the Goldberg Center for Community Pediatric Health at the Children's National Health Systems. She is the co-director of the District of Columbia Pediatric Health Coalition. She serves as a trustee to the board of the Healthy Smiles Healthy Children Foundation and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She graduated from Harvard School of Dental Medicine and has a masters in public health from Johns Hopkins University.
