Part-Time Team Member for Before School Program

Georgetown Day School seeks to hire a part-time support staff to assist the Early Grasshopper before school program.  This role will support programs that positively impact the early morning student experience in the Lower-Middle School, including supporting daily classes and free choice station activities, and creating a warm, welcoming environment at school each morning.  

Responsibilities for this role include:
 ·  Arrive by 6:55am
 ·  Actively engage with students in the lobby
 ·  Help to set up and distribute snack
 ·  Open up the field, gym or playground for students
 ·  Encourage students to attend the daily class
 ·  Present free reading or art activities
 ·  And/or support the Early Grasshopper Lead Teacher for the day

Qualifications: Qualified candidates must be over the age of 18 and have an interest in working with elementary and middle school aged children.
