Jeffrey Blum, Treasurer

Jeff Blum joined the board in 2017. He is chair of the Finance Committee and serves on the Executive Committee, Facilities Master Planning Committee, Investment Advisory Committee, and Audit Committee.

Jeff is a principal and co-founder of Level 2 Development, a local development firm specialized in building multi-family communities in DC’s emerging neighborhoods. He is also a founding member and past-president of the 20/80 Entrepreneurs’ Alliance, and has served as an advisor and board member to numerous emerging and established businesses throughout the region. Prior to making his career switch to real estate development, Jeff worked for more than 15 years in the areas of systems engineering, product design, and engineering program management.

Jeff is a fourth generation Washingtonian and earned a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. Jeff and his husband, Mike Reilly, live in Georgetown with their daughters Della ‘28 and Eva ’30.
