Community Response Teams

These are unprecedented times for us all, and we recognize that we each need to be supported in different ways. Please know that your health team and human resources team are available to you, and we are committed to doing so to the best of our ability.
 
Here are some ways we may be able to assist you which include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting with simple medical questions.
  • Helping to organize grocery delivery if you can’t leave the house.
  • Helping to organize delivery of needed prescriptions.
  • Scheduling transportation to and from medical appointments.
  • Receiving check-in calls, or having someone to talk to. We will treat any request with the utmost confidentiality.
