Yoga Class
Session 2

In Yoga class, students will learn the basics of yoga in a fun, relaxing environment.  Students will learn a variety of techniques to build strength and stamina, as well as increase flexibility, balance, and coordination.  Additionally, yoga builds students’ self-confidence and aids in concentration and relaxation.  The course will focus on basic yoga poses which strengthen the body, release tension, and calm the mind.  Yoga class is a great way for students to relax after a long school day, in a non-competitive and positive environment.  

Grades: K-6
Time: 4-5pm
Dates: Wednesdays starting November 4 to December 16

Grades: 7-12
Time: 5-6pm
Dates: Wednesdays starting November 4 to December 16

Adults

Time: 6-7pm
Dates: Wednesdays starting November 4 to December 16
