Get physically and mentally fit! Personal goal-setting through running is a great way to build confidence and self-esteem while making friends! In addition to building strength and endurance each session, runners will participate in a variety team-building activities and warm-ups that underscore the importance of good sportsmanship, goal-setting, healthy eating, stretching, and more. Runners should be prepared for class each week with athletic clothing, running shoes, and a water bottle.
