Do your find your students doodling along the side of their paper while trying to take notes in class? Do your students have difficulty understanding their notes a few days after they take them? If so, Sketch Noting could be a fantastic addition to your pedagogical toolbox! Come learn how to teach students to utilize shapes, colors, lines, hand lettering, and quick sketches to enhance their note-taking. We will learn how to build a "visual vocabulary,” incorporate mind maps and graphic organizers into note-taking and empower students to harness their inherent creativity to deepen their learning. No artistic skill necessary!
