Identity Project

Identity Project
Danny Stock
Our 2nd grade students presented their final Identity Projects, guiding visitors through a gallery representing their multidimensional selves and inviting them to contribute to the interactive “Identity Tapestry.” The gallery showcased the year-long study of social identifiers in which the children learn about themselves and each other, celebrating connections and honoring differences. A heritage film, starring the 2nd graders and their families, was screened, and the students opened the day with a musical performance of “We Are One” by Sweet Honey in the Rock. Congratulations to the 2nd grade teaching team and all the amazing students.
