GDS HS Swim Team News

The GDS HS Swim team did an outstanding job on Saturday at the WMPSSDL Championships. The men finished in 14th place and the women finished in 9th place out of 22 schools.
The 200-yard Medley Relay team of Alex Plavakis '14, Zachary Bergman '17, Scott Callander '15, and Kyle Fitzgerald '14 finished in 11th place
100-yard Butterfly: Scott finished in 2nd
100-yard Backstroke: Alex finished in 9th
400-yard Freestyle Relay team of Scott, Erkin Verbeek '17, Kyle, and Alex finished in 10th place
200-yard Medley Relay team of Meredith Bergman '15, Schuyler Bailar '14, Morgan Mayer '16, and Ellie Gottdenker '16 finished in 7th place
200-yard: IM Schuyler finished in 4th
100-yard Freestyle: Morgan finished in 12th and Ellie in 13th
200-yard Freestyle Relay team of Morgan, Meredith, Ellie, and Schuyler finished in 5th
100-yard Breaststroke: Schuyler finish in first place the second year in a row
