- A biweekly e-mail newsletter to all High School parents detailing all things High School
- If needed, sign up by e-mailing webmaster@gds.org

PSA E-mail Newsletter
- From millermalhotra@aol.com (Marcia Miller, PSA Secretary)
- Monthly e-mail to keep parents posted on PSA activities
- If needed, sign up on the PSA Survey (www.gds.org/PSAsurvey) or by e-mailing millermalhotra@aol.com.

Emergency Communications
- From either webmaster@gds.org or pbranch@gds.org (Peter Branch, Head of School)
- Occasional e-mails from the School informing you of a cancellation or other urgent news. Please note: You will not always be e-mailed when school is closed due to inclement weather. Check www.gds.org or the announcement lines (HS 202-274-3202 & L/MS 202-295-6202) for that info.
- Sign up either by providing an e-mail address on your Parent/Student Information Form or by signing up for the weekly newsletter or by e-mailing webmaster@gds.org.

The Best of the Rest
- You may also receive grade level e-mails relating to PSA-sponsored activities from PSA room parents and grade coordinators. Contact your appropriate PSA chair or room parent for info.
- On occasion, GDS will send e-mails about events such as our Spring Event, Online Auction, Country Market Day, and Ben Cooper Memorial Lecture.

In your e-mail program, make sure the above e-mail addresses (thisweek@gds.org, inthehopper@gds.org, pbranch@gds.org, and webmaster@gds.org) are specified as "Not Junk" or placed on your "Safe List" to ensure that all GDS e-mails arrive in your inbox.
