The deadline for admission applications for the 2007-2008 school year has now passed. The application forms for the 2009-2010 school year will be posted here in September 2008.

All of the forms available from this web page are electronic versions of documents available from GDS Admissions. While it is possible to download and print all of the necessary forms from this site, you must contact the Admissions Office prior to submitting an application. Please note that the application must be submitted to the Admissions Office in person or through the postal service. The School does not currently accept applications via e-mail.
