How to Make GDS Your Homepage

Making www.gds.org your homepage is a great way to stay informed! If you would like the GDS website to automatically come up everytime you open your web browser, follow the instructions below.

If you use Internet Explorer:

  1. Select "Internet Options" from the "View" menu.
  2. Click the "General" tab.
  3. In the "Address" text box under "Home Page," type: http://www.gds.org.
  4. Click "OK."
  5. Now GDS is your homepage!

If you use Netscape Navigator/Communicator:

  1. Select "Preferences" from the "Edit" menu.
  2. Select the Navigator category.
  3. Under "Home page," enter into the "Location" text box: http://www.gds.org.
  4. Click "OK."
  5. Now GDS is your homepage!

If you use America Online:

  1. At the top of your AOL window, click on "My AOL" and select "Preferences." (Older versions, click on "Members" and select "Preferences")
  2. Click on the "WWW" icon.
  3. Under "Homepage" next to "address," type: http://www.gds.org.
  4. Click "OK."
  5. Now GDS is your homepage!
