PSA Parent Volunteer Survey
GDS

Welcome! The Volunteer Online Sign-Up is now available for 2008-2009. So, go ahead and sign up now! You can always update your responses throughout the year. All parents are invited to volunteer at GDS -- whether you have only a few minutes or a few days, whether you can be at the school or prefer to volunteer from a computer or phone, days, evenings or weekends: all parent volunteers are welcome. This quick and easy survey/questionnaire helps coordinate volunteers for PSA activities and other school-wide events. Please indicate the activities that interest you. Once you've signed up, you will be contacted during the school year.

Every current parent is a welcome member of the PSA, and we hope everyone will participate. Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact PSA Chair Pamela Reeves at PamelaReeves@hotmail.com. You can find more helpful names in the front of the 2008-09 GDS Parent/Student directory, which you will receive in September.

We look forward to working with you this coming year!

GDS Board
The PSA supports the board in recruiting parents for Board Committees, and we seek your input into Mission-oriented activities.
65. Diversity: Suggest Topics you would like addressed in an evening diversity forum. These forums are sponsored by GDS as part of its long-standing commitment to diversity. They allow the parent community to explore issues relating to ability, age ethnicity, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, and socio-economic status.
66. Be considered for service as a non-Trustee on a Board Committee. Some committees have limited spaces for non-Board members with particular expertise; many more people volunteer for these spaces than can be accommodated. Please indicate the committees that interest you and your area(s) of expertise.
